Her role covers the full people agenda, from attracting and developing talent to shapingorganisational structures, ways of working, and the systems that support them. She brings apractical, commercially minded perspective to making sure the people side of the businesskeeps pace with its ambitions.

With more than 25 years’ experience across strategic and operational HR, Kate has built people functions from the ground up, led transformation across global teams and operations,and worked through different stages of organisational development.

She has been part of leadership teams navigating investment and rapid growth, giving her first-hand experience of the decisions and challenges that come with building a business for its next stage.

She brings this experience to TALO with a particular focus on building the foundations for a strong, sustainable organisation, one where people have the clarity, trust and opportunity to flourish, love what they do and perform at their best.

Outside of work, Kate is happiest in nature. She has an insatiable wanderlust and loves combining travel with live music and festivals.
