TALO’s revolutionary timber superstructures have been used by housebuilders in Scandinavia to build around 30,000 homes over the last four decades, creating warm, comfortable and low energy homes that are designed for extreme temperatures as low as -50°.

Our timber superstructures are estimated to exceed Passivehouse energy standards by at least 25 per cent – for no cost premium.
We offer complete flexibility in design and have the capabilities to build terraced houses, apartments up to three storeys as well as semi-detached and detached houses to reflect your design aspirations and standards. Without compromise.

Using knowledge and insight gained in global industries - from superyacht manufacturing to oil rig construction in the North Sea - we have examined every aspect of house construction to develop an infinitely more efficient range of solutions.
This means vastly superior outcomes:
- The build programme from groundworks to occupation is reduced to less than 8 weeks per unit – for earlier occupation. This reduces housing waiting lists and delivers a faster return on investment for developers.
- There is ZERO snagging. Not just at handover but a year on.
