Reflections on 2025

Dr Anthony Greer, TALO Founder and Executive Director for Corporate Strategy shares his reflections on the past year.

As 2025 draws to a close, this is a moment to pause and reflect on what has been an incredible year for TALO. We have built more houses than ever before and, most importantly, delivered exceptional outcomes for our customers and the people who will live in these homes. That alone makes this year a success.

But perhaps the most meaningful achievement of 2025 has been the community that we have created around us.

From the outset, we have been really clear about our mission…

….To eradicate fuel poverty in new build homes through a truly disruptive approach to how houses are designed, manufactured and built, and through energy strategies that effectively remove energy costs altogether.

This is an ambitious mission, and one we’ve always known we could never deliver alone.

This year, we have been fortunate to see a growing group of like-minded individuals and businesses collaborate with us, challenge us, and join us on that journey.

Clients, delivery partners, investors and, increasingly, ambassadors of the mission itself.

People and organisations who believe there is a better way to build homes and a better way to work together.

Through 2025, that community has grown even stronger, more diverse and more aligned. As a result, we feel more confident than ever that together we can deliver real, meaningful change at scale in the years ahead.

To all our partners, thank you for collaborating with us and for believing in TALO’s mission.

Thank you for sharing the conviction that collaboration, transparency and purpose should be central to how we work together.

We head into 2026 with huge excitement and optimism. We are proud of what we have achieved and are energised by the incredible community of empowered, original-thinking, creative and passionate partners we are so lucky to be building.
