First Phase of Homes at The Moorings Watertight in Less than One Week

First phase in new ultra-low energy housing scheme for Lucy Developments is installed on site in Hertfordshire

The first phase of a scheme in TALO's new collaboration with Lucy Developments has now been installed on site in Wilstone, Hertfordshire.


Four mews-style homes in phase one went from foundations to watertight in just 4.5 days.


By using the TALO foundations, superstructure and energy solutions, the new homes at The Moorings will have:

 

- Targeted EPC A ratings

- Exceptionally low energy bills

- Triple glazing and higher levels of insulation than Building Regulations require

- Outstanding build quality from our dry timber process from forest to site

- Higher acoustic performance

- Superior air quality with a whole house MVHR system.

 

These new homes in a stunning canalside location are now being fitted out ready for launching to market this summer.
