TALO's highlights of 2025

As we reach the end of 2025, we wanted to share some highlights of our year.


As with most businesses in the current economic climate, this year has not been without its challenges! However, the progress right across the TALO business has been exceptional and that means we start 2026 from a really exciting position to take our mission to the next level.


Our passion is to accelerate the delivery of better quality, ultra-low energy homes which are accessible to everyone. We firmly believe this will redefine UK housebuilding and ultimately eradicate fuel poverty.


We have received an incredible response whenever we share this mission.


This has resulted in:


  • A record order book for 2026 and our strongest ever pipeline of enquiries.

  • New long-term collaborations with visionary developers who are committed to specifying our superstructure solutions for their new residential developments.

 

  • New strategic alliances to help us transform every aspect of housebuilding and with partners who share our desire to do things differently in order to achieve better outcomes.

  • A series of exciting innovations for 2026, extending our solutions way beyond the TALO superstructure system.
     
    These will help more clients build new homes in less time, to higher standards, with less impact on the environment, cost efficiency and cost certainty, and reduced risk. Watch this space!

 

  • The successful delivery of new housing schemes for private development, market sale and build-to-rent – all of which exceeded Passivhaus energy standards at no cost premium and have surpassed our customers’ expectations.

  • High levels of repeat business – when customers use TALO, they do not want to go back to how they built homes before!

 

  • The expansion of our team with outstanding talent and industry professionals who share our passion and drive to make a difference.

 

  • The development of a strong brand identity for TALO and a solid reputation as a trusted delivery partner for our clients’ development projects.

  • Company-wide digital innovation that is creating a robust platform to deliver our growth strategy.
